This package includes three hypno-birthing sessions for mom. She will learn hypno-birthing techniques and hypno-anesthesia. Package includes a free session for your birth partner and an additional meeting for birth planning, including your birth plan, expectations, etc. I will also attend the birth as your Doula. Each session includes a recording for at home practice.
