Sasha's enjoys assisting others in understanding and accessing an energy that has been psychically described to her as ascension energy. There are various healing energies available to everyone. Some use Reiki, some use Reconnective energy, etc. All of these energies are described as being high vibration energies that come from the light dimensions or vibrations that ascend beyond our physical reality. All of these energies are important and useful. Some of these energies work with healing the physical body, some with the emotional bodies and others with karmic programming. All of them work within our energetic bodies at various levels.
